President Tim Moss-Tiller called the meeting to order.
Tim Moss-Tiller talked about the need to remove shrub trees along the waterfront – especially those that obstruct views. Subject will be brought up at Annual Meeting August 1 st .
John Boisen presented ideas of our implementing a Capital Investment Fee. His proposal will be presented at the Annual Mtg. $4000 would be collected from new buyer when ownership changes. Exception would be between families, etc.
Judy Bauer has the Annual Report prepared but awaits one more payment. Final Report will be submitted at Annual Meeting. At the Annual Mtg consequences of non-payment of dues will be discussed. Judy researched the possibility of our HOA insurance covering cost of damage to HOA property due to fallen trees. We do not have auxiliary insurance – liability insurance only. Very costly. Homeowners need to make certain their docks are covered by insurance.
Matt Boisen reminded us that homeowners need to establish a bond to cover road damage during any construction on their property. Also permission by the Board is required for any alteration of HOA property.
Maggie discussed the updated Dock Policy. All the 14 Community Docks now have the same encroachment #. The 7 Private Docks have their own encroachment #s. She has ordered the Community Dock signs to be attached to the lake side of each Dock. The HOA dues fund will pay for all these signs.
Carol sent the Board all the Idaho fireworks regulations and would like them sent to every homeowner.
Tim Moss-Tiller made a motioned and Judy seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting.
Respectfully submitted by Tim Ball, Secretary.
